The brief of the new company was to provide baling services to the UK waste industry using a unique business model where clients would have no capital expenditure and the machinery would be operated and maintained by Schuster Engineering personnel. The clients would then pay an agreed tonnage rate for material processed.
The new company soon grew significantly and today it can boast that it has baled over one million tons of waste for one customer alone.
